Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the AlphaHire website (alpha-hire.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the website
The AlphaHire website is provided for informational purposes — to describe our services, share market intelligence, and facilitate inquiries from prospective clients and candidates. You agree to use the site in compliance with applicable laws and not to interfere with its operation.
Services
AlphaHire provides construction recruiting and labor market intelligence services. Any specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between AlphaHire and the client. Information on this website is not a contract, offer, or commitment to provide services on any specific terms.
Market data and intelligence
Compensation bands, sourcing metrics, and market commentary published on this site (including in case studies, market pages, and insights articles) are illustrative and reflect AlphaHire's directional view of construction labor markets. Figures may be aggregated, anonymized, or rounded. They are not a substitute for engagement-specific market intelligence delivered to clients under a search agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, page structures, market analyses, frameworks (including the Project Execution Risk Matrix™ and Workforce Intelligence Lab methodologies), visualizations, salary guides, and case studies — is owned by AlphaHire or used with permission and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. © AlphaHire. All rights reserved.
You may view, link to, and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution for non-commercial purposes. You may not, without AlphaHire's prior written consent: (a) reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display substantial portions of the content; (b) create derivative works, summaries, or repackaged data products from it; or (c) incorporate it into any competing commercial offering, including data products, intelligence services, recruiting platforms, or paid research.
Automated access, scraping, and AI use
AlphaHire welcomes indexing by general-purpose web search engines and large-language-model crawlers (including, for example, Googlebot, Bingbot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and similar) for the purpose of search and conversational discovery. We want our work to be findable.
However, you may not, whether manually or by automated means (including scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or AI agents):
- extract the site or any substantial portion of it in bulk for redistribution, resale, or republication;
- use the content to train, fine-tune, or augment a model or product that competes with AlphaHire's recruiting, workforce intelligence, salary-guide, or market-research offerings;
- circumvent any technical access control, rate limit, or bot-management measure;
- misrepresent your user agent, origin, or identity to access the site;
- place a load on our infrastructure that materially exceeds ordinary human browsing.
Permission for any use beyond these terms must be obtained in writing from AlphaHire at briefings@alpha-hire.com. Unauthorized scraping or republication may constitute copyright infringement, breach of contract, and a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and analogous state laws. We reserve all rights and remedies, including injunctive relief, takedown, and recovery of damages and attorneys' fees.
Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AlphaHire does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Reliance on any information on the site is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaHire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party tools (Calendly, LinkedIn, etc.). AlphaHire is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

AlphaHire may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
